Black Marble Real Estate was founded by Zaman Sheikh in 2022. Zaman is an experienced surveyor who holds a Law degree and a Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment.
Zaman has a range of experience in General Practice Commercial and Agency Surveying, in addition to Residential Surveying and Valuation work, all of this experience is paired with a legal background and academic knowledge of Legal Property Practices.
Zaman has won the RICS Young Surveyor of the Year award 2022 - Asset Management Category and was nominated for the previous two consecutive years. Zaman has also completed the Estates Gazette Future Leaders Programme where he had delivered a talk at the British Museum.
